Deputy Director for Educational Work N.V. Bortnikova took part in a seminar-meeting on the prevention of destructive behavior among youth, which took place on April 3, 2025, at the Russian University of Cooperation. The speakers included vice-rectors for youth policy from leading universities in the Moscow region, regional authorities, youth organizations, leaders of student groups, and representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church. In the welcoming speech, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy I.L. Dzyuban emphasized four groups of students with different motivations for participating in socially beneficial activities in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as the need to increase social activity and civic responsibility among students.
