Second-year student N.D. Zachesov (Faculty of Conflictology), under the guidance of a member of the Russian Military-Historical Society, Ph.D. A.L. Yurchenko, presented a report "The Feat of Soviet Tank Crews in the Battle of Raseiniai in June 1941" at the All-Russian conference with international participation "Northwest Russia in the Great Patriotic War".
At the plenary session of the conference, the key idea was voiced that research into the least studied aspects of our country's historical military past allows for a more complete and comprehensive transmission of the memory of the Great Patriotic War to future generations.
Students and teachers of the MF SPbGUP contribute to this significant cause.
